The flat is two blocks from the sea in the Barceloneta neighborhood
with sensational views from the terrace. Barceloneta is a peninsula
created over the sea and has a short history of approximately 200
years. It was originally designed as an urbanization expansion project
for fishermen and their families and has kept some of the original
traditions of the area. There are excellent seafood restaurants
as well as an attractive boardwalk for portside and seaside strolls.
There are also a few commercial areas for shopping and a robust
nightlife.
