"Nice to hear from you.
We keep very good memories from our visit; Barcelona did a great job upgrading
it's infrastructure and facilities and now definitely is one of the top
destinations in Europe. The apartment has a triple-A location: right in
the middle of where the action is, with everything you look for within walking
distance. The
apartment is spaceous, albeit slightly less than we expected. One of the
rooms (study) was kept locked for the storage of personal effects of the
owner. The flat therefore comfortably sleeps 6, but squeezes 8 persons.
Not a problem for us: we were only 4 and only for 3 days. The terrace, with
a superb view of the harbour, is absolutely first class, and offers all
the equipment for entertaining when the weather is good or even fair since
a large part of it is covered.
The owner and the servant are courteous and hospitable people who did a
good effort to help us have a pleasant and memorable stay. I hope these
remarks are helpful to you and I wish you a lot of profitable business in

"Myself and seven other
friends stayed at the Portview penthouse over New Year. We were very pleased
with the flat which is well equipped and stylish, and has a fantastic terrace
with views out towards the port. We were also delighted with the location,
which is close to lots
of great bars and restaurants in the historic gothic quarter and only a
short walk from the Ramblas, so everything is just a short stroll away.I
would definitely recommend it.. " |
